Starts first flick of the key though!Needs 4 doors, originals are all rotten (held together with the aly skins), Chassis needs a new rear cross member and a bit of welding on the Dumb irons!

my td 90 done exactly this and was found to be a hot spot had dropped and fallen into the enjin..whatever a hot spot is?..junked the td after that and put in the 200

Was a common problem on the TD's but I don't think that the 200tdi head is the same set up!

The hot spot is a machined disc with a hole in it that sits on the bottom of the pre-combustion chamber , common for them to drop out of place bounce around in the cylinder mashing everything up

was a bummer it happend a week after i spent £600 after cambelt failure.
threw it in the bin was fed up wiv spendin money on the td..lovin the tdi tho
