Hi everyone,
I have been planning my holiday to Spain doing a road trip across France and finishing off in Spain.
I have been suffering this power loss for a long time and had a breakdown due to a faulty fuel pump so a couple weeks ago I decided to change everything in order to make a more reliable car.
I have done the following so far:
Fuel pump change
Egr blanking
New water pump and thermostat
Injector harness
Turbo waste gate
New MAF (vdo)
New air filter

After this, the car run stunning, a completely different car.
Road test for a few miles and perfect.

I set off yesterday for my holiday, the car was loaded with luggage but no problems and after about 275 miles in a hill I put the foot down in a hill and suddenly it struggled to pass beyond 2700 revs. I kept going with the trip and felt the car lazier but ok (in downhills is like it recovered a little the power loss) in flat road and struggling in hills (at least it w able to keep the speed doing 70mph)
But the strange thing came after a long stop for refueling and having some dinner. The car colded down and we set off again and the car was wonderful again for about 50 miles and then the issue started.
We got to our destination at night time and I took the car this morning and no issues either but I imagine that they will start if I go for a long drive.
Any ideas thoughts ? I'm not very worried as I guess I can drive back to UK but I'm very upset as I can't find the fault.
Any advice will be more than appreciated.

I apologise for this long paragraph but even in holidays she doesn't let me have a rest
Thanks a lot

+1.... you need a tester to diagnose this directly and not work in vain cos there can be many reasons for that

btw, is it manual or auto?

and did you clean the MAP sensor after the EGR delete? ...also if you changed the injector loom due to oil ingress at the red plug you have to keep cleaning it with spray once a week untill all the oil leaves the harness

Thank you very much for all your help and advice, I'll follow all of them.

It's a manual gearbox.
I didn't know a map sensor clean was needed after blanking.

Small update after my holiday and coming back home with some more spare time.
I spray some wd40 into the turbo wastegate as I noticed that was really sticked. I went for a drive this morning and apparently in uphills the car doesn't loose power, I don't know if goes 100% well but first feelings are alright
