Next on the list is the EGR replacement or rather modification on the milling machine going to bore out the centre and remove the EGR valve from the inside then tig a patch over the hole on the outside that'll be left

Just make a nice stainless or aluminium blanking plate with 2 gaskets

cant, the EGR feeds direct into the ally pipe that comes from the cooler. Gotta replace whole pipe or remove internals

save your good one and get a junk one from the breakers and then rework that one. Could save you some money if you need to put it back on just in case
