Yea, myn went in the same place.. both sides were shot, my seals were fubard too so i just did the hole lot! i cut myn from the start of the boot floor and around.. took a bit of measuring tho, u can cut it off at the b pillar but you will have to make the top half a bit bigger (seen it before)

It is looking more and more like I am going to have fit full new sills to the cab at least on the drivers side as it has gone all the way from just infront of the drivers seatbelt ancorage point as far back as the wheel arch, the actual box of the sill looks ok but the floor part is well shot, how far back from the B post did you cut into the rear panelm I was going to take it off at the B post but that restricts the seats and also there would be no storage space, your motor is looking sweet mate and can;t wait to take the grinder to mine once I have welded all the floor and other bits

I have so many questions though mate, can you handle it haha

I am trying to build my tray back by spending no money, or as little as possible.
Today I got a shock on removing the front seats in that it was rust holding them in so I have a good bit of welding to do even before I cut off the rear body, I was originally wanting to build it as a pickup like the red one on the Longranger website but my inner wings have gone all the way along (problem with living in Shetland) I need to do the welding on the cab floor first then I can start to cut away at the back.

One of my big questions Mark is after you cut and folded all the way around the bulk head panel you fitted behind your seats did you Weld it in or is it Popriveted in?
