seriously tho daft... do you reckon she gonna reply with a good answer... me thinks not see above answers to sarahs problem... cant give technical feedback...etc

Its a phising scam, thats why she wants folk to pm her, email her etc...then they will get their email mega-spammed forever and ever and ever.........or the 3rd wednesday in the month.

she is defo a good for nothin..... her bonus is probably based on how many phone calls/emails/PMs she has. Funny how she has replied to half the thread and only posted technical stuff in a professional manner ....

Hi,

I've looked at Sarah_46's post about her vehicle and her call to the Land Rover Customer Relations. Here at the Customer Relations we are made aware of concerns with our vehicles when customers call in.

It's been brought to my attention today that there are numerous posts regarding this situation, and I appreciate that this is frustrating. I am in the process of passing this over to our engineering department to let them know of the concern with Sarah_46's vehicle. Sadly I won't be able to post any technical feedback on this site, but I will make sure that the relevant departments have been updated regarding this.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Regards

Nicola

What does the mods think of this?

Personally I see it as spam, because chance's are in her PM's she suggesting to the people needing "technical" assistance to arrange for their LR's to be booked into a LR dealership whereby they'll get charged an astonishing amount of money to rectify their problem at price's far above what an "independent LR specialist" would charge.

If LR's stooge's don't actually want to behave in the way that this forum is based on: i.e. helping fellow the LR owner's by giving decent advice and helping them save money in what is now monetary bad times, then I reckon they should be removed from the forum. Back door spam tactic's should be a definate no, no!

that is speculation - only the peeps that have had PM's can say what was in them. guessing is not constructive.
