had a bad weekend "body mounts"

Well guys was greasing ujs on weekend though I would look into my lob sided disco more

Now I new the rear drivers body mount had gone and was sitting on chassie
But then found out both the sill mounts had cracked/bent aswell :/
I have been researching
But just a thought are they easy to do?
Best/easiest diy way of replacing them / supporting body ?

Was kinda annoyed at it from that point with alot off f-ing and jef-ing

Ahhhh bugger

Yeah you're gonna have to get the bolts out, then get the body jacked up, maybe sit it on some wooden blocks over the chassis, take care not to crush the floorpan aswell

Then cut off the old mounts and clean up the body

I would mount the new mounts to the chassis and fasten down then steadily lower the body onto them

Go easy with the weight until you've got them lined up and depending on how it goes don't fully let the weight off until you've welded the mounts on

Won't be too bad a job

Good time to body lift if that's what you fancy

Sounds like a pain in the arse tbh , more welding yayy suppose I best go and get the bottle refilled
