If correct its as stated on the cover 1995MY D1 covering the Tdi, Mpi, 3.9 and 4.0 NAS spec engines.
From the 1996MY the D1 changes were just cosmetic and I would think most of D1 owners who carry out their own maintenance will know about the download.

It only covers the V8 , for the American market , you will have to get the RAVE manual for the disco ll td5 etc .

After trawling through the entire RAVE thingumy I still couldn't find a proper workshop manual for the TD5 motor. I have to admit to feeling a little worried after someone in another forum told me that there is no conventional workshop manual for the TD5. Perhaps I've missed something but I did go through each section methodically to no avail. Any advice please.

Hi PV, go to here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/47hbz40an5he5j2/jYpyDK2F0S

this will give you a list of Discovery 2 related pdf files to download. If you just want the workshop manual scroll down to the bottom of the list and click "Workshop Manual and allow it to download.

Once it has downloaded save it to your computer in a convenient place and Voilà !

Thanks Dave got it now, big relief and just getting familiarised before I get out there and start checking things out. This is the first TD I've owned and a hell of a lot more sophisticated than the last diesel... an ancient LDV 3 1/2 tonner lol

Thanks again for the help.
