Hi there,
I've removed the carpets in my 300TDI auto after they got wet, and the sound-proofing just didn't want to let that water go! It looks like I got them out just in time, as I've just got a little bit of surface rot to content with, and a little bit of proper rot in the drivers footwell and sill - not quite Flintstones style, but as I said - I'm just in time.
I just wanted to know if anyone can recommend some good rubber matting which will fit well and not slip around too much, as the carpets are not going anywhere near my vehicle again
Cheers. Tom.
