Start with the axles getting the suspension on the chassis and then the bulkhead. Then do the braking system. After that you should be putting in the engine n gearbox in a single lift.
Mostly agree

- rolling chassis first, and some steering, mainly just to the box... then, and remember its only my opinion,

but I'd do the engine and gearbox (as a single lift if you can ), and props before the bulkhead, then the bulkhead, and then the brake and clutch pipework and the engine loom.
If your fuel tank is under the seat, do that when you think it'll be easier for you - before bulkhead or after... if its at the back - do it when you want to run the thing
seat box/base and rear tub loosely and then trial fit the doors to leave you a bit of wiggle room. doors off, and then windscreen and rear tub sides and roof, if applicable...
floors and finish the wiring... should be running by now (!), then all the front bits, wings and inners, front panel etc.... all subject to paint....
Paint work is a bit of a personal choice - do the panels individually, or paint the bus when its all back together - your call...
