Finding it harder to get into 1st and 4th, was thinking a gearbox oil change would be a good start. Can anyone tell me please how much oil and what type I should be using? Also any other hints and tips on changing the oil would be smashing. Thanks all. G Freelander 04reg, Manual. TD4
