    HP24 into a diesel DIY

Has anyone swapped a 4.6 V8 auto box into a diesel doing the work themselves. The reason I ask is that I have a 1999 DHSE and I have acquired a 065 series HP24 box and intend to get it changed over for the HP22 that is currently in the car. I know there are people who have had the job done by...

    Aftermarket Viscous Fans

I bought a Viscous Fan to replace the one that shattered on my P38. Initially, I was sold an aftermarket one by Paddock Spares at £69 +VAT. Within the hour the salesman was on the phone to say although they had 2 on the shelf they had stopped selling them because of the failure rate. Even...

Hi, long time since I have posted I know. Anyway, I have a question. Water on near side front floor mat. Seems to be after a rain fall and only since it was valeted. I wondered if the accumulated wisdom of this forum might be able to suggest if this is likely to be blend motor or a leak of...

    Extended charge time

Very low pedal first thing in morning or after car has been parked a long time. ABS pump running too long. Takes quite a long time for the TC light to go out and a little longer for the pump to stop. Pump runs for short periods (2/3 seconds) on occasion when braking. My initial thoughts are...

Got a 'clunk' at the top end of the intermediate shaft. Not much movement, hardly decernable with the engine running. Can get it to move very slightly up and down with the steering lock on (ignition key removed) and it does clunk.
