I have had an anoying oil leak from my front bumper. Took it off and and its coming from around the end of the intercooler. All the connections are tight and no apparent damage. Anyone come accross this before?

My 2.2 diesel very occasionally suddenly misses a beat. Perhaps once in 500 miles while driving at normal road speed (say 40ish) often on a smooth level road, the engine will cut out then go back to normal a split second later. Anyone come across that?
