Been reading up on replacing these on my 2.5 TD, it seems an air duct blocks easy access. Can you not just cut a large section out and once done just duct tape it back together? Would save a lot of hassle and the duct tape would do the job, right?

So I'm having a another wee issue :( Bought the sync mate for my car, plugged it in, blue light then next it flashes red 4 times.. black box website says that means becm did not respond to wake up. Anyone got any ideas why / how to resolve this? Thanks

So as per suggested on here, I took my rad out of my 96 2.5TD p38 and turned it upside down and put a small marble size stone in one of the pipes and it rolled straight over to the other side and out the other. Does this mean the radiator is goosed? I don't see any sort of partition to it...

The tailgate on my 2.5TD won't open, pressing the button does nothing. Is there any way around it to get the tailgate open manually from the inside? Thanks
