I did not say that.

What I said was that a) it would be possible to set me up by removing some of the coating b) that there are a number of possible scenarios where someone might want to do that either because they don't want to pay or they want to damage my reputation and that is the reason that I don't give refunds under any circumstances and that if there are problems you have to bring the car back for rectification and that if you are not prepared to do that you should not proceed with your booking. That's fair enough isn't it?
Especially when I am prepared to do a really rusty car that no-one else would touch.

looking at the standard of your work .........and your attitude towards your customer , you dont need any help damaging your reputation

In this picture the Hilux is in a garage. There are two guys in the picture. (I think it's something to do with the fuel filler neck.) The guys are facing each other. You can just see some of the face of the guy facing the camera. (Most of the face is hidden by the head of the guy who is closest to the camera). Am I correct in thinking that he is wearing a mask to cover the lower half of his face. Why is he doing that?

Edited to add: OK. Nothing sinister. The guy is just taking sensible precautions to avoid inhaling dust from brakes etc. Please excuse my paranoia.

Alright Chris, I was about to skip to page 3light years and ask when you came in. Page 1, right on the ball for a deaf old codger. Like the eye of sauron watching us.
Yes. Post something up about me and my spies will tell me about it within minutes. LOL
My rrc chassis still looking good, the rest of it has dropped to bits
When did you have it done? You live in Devon don't you? Which bits have dropped to bits? You know you're supposed to have it done every five years right?

Yes. Look at that poor sod covered in snow. My advice to anyone who lives in the UK, let alone that far north. Take vitamin D supplements in winter (I take 1,500 international units and one vitamin k capsule to make sure it ends up in the right place) and if you can afford it have at least one UV tanning session in a tanning salon every week. You will be amazed how much better you feel.

That advice may be applicable to soft southern mincers. No I'm not from Devon :D

And I recommend anyone your age in your line of business
Wear glasses cos your eyesight is ****!!

Your workmanship is **** poor and still you're trying to blame someone else. All you're doing is digging a bigger hole

I asked Mr. Smith to let me inspect the car. He refuses.
there is no need for him to. He has already stated that it is too far and he doesnt want your firm of bodgers any where near it after the last fiasco. He only needs an independent expert witness to appraise the work and give a written statement, The court will, quite happily accept that.

No point in spouting your T's & C's - they wont mean **** in a court.

Given the distance he'd have to travel are you paying his expenses?
Sorry I did not make myself clear. I'm proposing to travel to Durham myself. (Train and taxi)
I think I made that clear in the email to him. Let me check. Yes, I did. I made it clear. I don't think it will help his case if he refuses to let me inspect it. If he issues proceedings I'll make an application to the court to order him to let me inspect it.
