Urgent Gas axe job !

Anyone with Oxy cutting gear near J 10 M40 , am trying to get bottom wishbone off a Matiz

and the inner metal sleeve of the inner arm bush has decided to weld itself to the retainer bolt , cant get at it with disc cutter so its going to be a gas axe job . 1 hour job when I started about 2hours ago :doh:

Thanks for advice , unfortunately Korean design :der:the bolt goes into captive nut inside body panel, and the arm sits inside box section , got bolt undone but its trying to push inner sleeve thru metal under bolt head , and the bolt is out of captive nut so noting going anywhere other than round an round .

without setting it alight is there any way of heating with a blow torch and when warm spraying with penetrating spray-I have found it capillary actions (just have hose or bucket of water handy)
