saw bods getting there tanks dipped yesterday, vans mostly.HAvent seen that for years round here

shame there is no marine petrol , it sucks twice too as it cost loads to run my outboard motor as well as my 2 v8's

Same problem £108 to fill up an I'm doing that pretty much every week!!!

We get that ALL the time here .... I live just off the main Freight route into Fleetwood (Stena Line) docks..

Most of the Irish truckers run on RED .... Was fuuny t'other day poor trucker had obviously bin "Tipped off" & he was trying to get a 44 ton artic down my avenue..... on the back of his truck was advert for "Summott" it read ........ FOLLOW ME for a BARGAIN"

Cant understand British people ( even though I am English). When fuel was 80p litre a few years ago there were fuel protests and blockading of refineries. Today all we do is moan about it on forums. Makes me think haulage companies have had conncessions in one way or another as I havent heard one complain of the extortionate tax this so called Labour government is continually loading onto the "normal" working class bloke.
Revolution I say but lets have a cup of tea first.

haulage companies have just cut wages to pay for the fuel, or taken on eastern european drivers at 20 quid a day. in last 18 months i have seen over 20 big transport firms close up, and in the last 4 months i have had 10 days work, where as only 3 years ago, firms were screaming for class one drivers.

i have got class 1 mate yes, and a psv/pcv. just no work about. unless you want to work for eastern european rates of 20 quid a day. fcuk that. couple of firms round here thought they was winning big time employing the e e drivers,at low rates, but jobs weren't getting done, and motors was getting smashed up left right and centre, cost so much money the firms went skint, such a shame , not. lol

Where the hell you buying your fuel from Fett. It's 112 here and would cost me £92 quid to fill from empty

I worked it out , its 14 gallons from brim to when the light comes on. should be 19 I think so I recon the light comes on a early.

I fixed that breather leak btw, was just a very slightly loose main breather hose, not loose enough to move though-very odd!

Give Britain back to Britain I say. Immigrants coming to work here for less money then the brits can do it for, then taking half that money back to their own country its all wrong. Its alright the government getting x amount of money from the EU to take on workers from other countries but what about the current tax payers who are made redundant then cant get any money back off the government? My dad worked all his life now 57, made redundant about 18 months ago and only just within past couple of months been able to claim anything back for the dole. Then the Polish get supplied with houses when they enter the country and grant one Polish I know said he claimed £3500 from our government within 6 months. Governments all greed, revolution is the only way forward. Whats going to happen when all the tax payers are out of work and the government aren't earning enough money for people on the dole? What happens when the fuel price gets to high that everyone sells their cars and the government lose all the money off fuel tax, road tax, etc. I think they can only see in front of their faces and not the real world there's mugs like us paying for the government to have second homes what about Joe public whos lost his job and can't afford to pay his rent/mortgage?
