Although i went up there i was just following and didn't have a map present but i think it's not far from lady bower resiv, i'm sure someone else could explain it better than that ;)

I don't know if you'd have the ground clearance or the grip but that just makes it more of a challenge :) although the underside of me def took a good beating :D
Sounds like a plan to me, what you all driving? Just done all the wheel bearings on the defender, needs a good route to test them. ;)
Ive got a v8 classic.Ive got diff guards front and back and one of Razs steering guards with some recovery points on the front tow bar at the rear.Ive got roadtires on the back and "at" style on the front but they dont make any difference!I will be driving the grover back tomorrow evening so i wont be out then and fingers crossed the 150 mile journey dont break anything then ill be out and about after that!

Any one get out the weekend then?:)
I got up here in one peice but made a well dodgy noise for the last few miles-kinda nasty grinding sound!
So the plan for this week is check all levels and drop the ep90 out of the rear diff- and maybe the front as well. And sort the sticky brake.
And anything else that crops up!;)

I've taken a liking to the local quarry at the moment, lots and lots of tricky tracks and deep deep mud, great laugh, there's a byway running straight through it so it is legal, it's quite a popular place with the local offroaders but empty in the evening. Planning to go up there again soon, it's only been a couple of us recently and the winch has been out a fair bit, 4 foot mud bogs, rutted hill climbs, wading spots, mud climbs, rock crawling what more could ya want. Theres plenty of tracks for unmodded trucks too (there needs to be so people can be winched out the impossible ones) :D
