ARGHHH!
Got back from DLS to find the os front hub had given up!Think the brake pads are the only thing holding the wheel on now!Not had this thing on the road since its been in derbyshire!!!!!

But to have it go on the way back from the garage....Cruel!
I was looking forward to going out in it cos they had it a week.

I had gearbox problems and a front brake caliper sticking , so me thinks do the ball ache job first , so on the drive on me own five hours to get the old box out , then in between work five days to put the recon one back in , just the caliper to change !!!!!, NOT ....the brake master cylinder seals had broke up and had gone around the whole brake system , two months later i manage to sort it and get the brakes back.:(

Yeah let us know how you get on with the truck , might be one or two of us out and about at the weekend .theirs some pic.s on the northern monkey site of when we were in the quarry yesterday,

me landys nearly sorted should be finished tomorrow,so hopefully shall be out an about this weekend:D i cant find those pics whats the title?

Im getting a quote off DLS today and see how long they'll take to do it and ill let you know!(fingers crossed nothing else breaks!)

Right then chaps. off down to RT Racing this afternoon to se how things are going and do a few bits myself.

AS far as I am aware, still to do are;

O/S/F inner wing needs finishing off
Rad & intercooler need removing and cleaning / flushing, (both blocked with mud)
Hole above windscreen needs welding up
Entire area above windscreen needs painting
ECU needs to be put in a waterproof container
Front footwells need replacing
Entire floor needs painting
Interior needs refitting
Waxoil underneath

Hoping to get the rad & intercooler done today at least.

I really want to hurry up and get this lot finished off.

just a warning that chapelgate is virtually impasible, me and a mate went laning today and he decided to come down it,(what a mistake) so made it all the way down to were the gate is in the middle of the lane coming down, after that the water has caused a major ruts and massive holes down one side, i would advise peeps to check this section out before driving it
