Noticed my td5 was a little lumpy from cold starting .and found all glow plugs were dead .i added new ones .and now i dont have the heater light showing at all in the morning .also checked the fuse which is fine .any ideas why light worked until i aded new heater plugs ? Unless it works off a possible sensor which maybe at fault ?

1. are you sure it worked before?
2. was a nanocom plugged in since you've replaced the glow plugs? ...if it was and now the light doesnt come on at all you need to check settings in BCU as it might went by it's own to "petrol"
3. isn't the red LED on in the temp gauge?
