Good battery, turns over if you short the starter motor with a screwdriver. For some reason I'm only getting 9.7v at the glow plugs and the starter motor trigger wire. Good earth strap. Never had a problem before. New glow plug relay. Is there another relay to the starter motor? Everything lights up when you turn the key, but nothing when you try to start, no noise from anywhere.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Sorted out. Found another relay which was dead.

There isn't a relay apparently, the glow plugs go straight from the ignition. Fortunately, the weather's warmed up now and it's starting a bit better. I think I need a new battery.
