Copied from our National 4x4 Response Forum

The LED Light bar we had arranged to sell to a 4x4 Response member, which was due to be removed this weekend from our vehicle, has been removed by thieves during the early hours of Sept 5th/12.

We must apologise to the member who had ordered the light bar, but someone stealing is out of our hands. The police with whom we have close contact have been advised, we still have the controller inside the car, and we will know the light bar if we see it, although this is unlikley.

Remove the legs/feet, bolt straight from the bottom of the bar into the roof and pack the gap with about 3 washers per bolt. Make sure the bolts are a couple of inches in from the edge of the lightbar too. You can't get a hacksaw in the gap and if you try using just a hacksaw blade you can't apply enough pressure to cut through em.
