Rear door ,window slides and motor removed to grease

I removed the rear boot door window mechanism to greas the runners ,it now goes up when you put the switch down and up with the switch down if you get my drift , all plugs are in correctly , usually when you open the door it drops 40 mm or so but it now it rises 40 mm from the extreme open like everything has been reversed I'm struggling for ideas can any one point me in the right direction ! Thanks in advance

Did you put the regulator back in the right way around??

Hi are the rear door window regulators able to go in the wrong way round they seem to only go in one way cheers
