you sure the batts flat ?? i got to twist my fob and push the button same time i think there is a dry joint in mine !!

Take the battery out and warm it up in yo pocket or hands - not an oven! Sometimes that helps a bit. Or walk to ya local tobaconists, sometimes they keep em, or pay my doozil and i will bring one down

when i get new batterys do i need to reprogramme it via landrover? i do not have any sequences or anything?????

Not if yu do it quick. Battery should be less than a quid.

Wor i mean is take the old one out and then fit the noo one, not taje the old one out and spend two hours driving around for a replacement. However if yours is as flat as you say, then it mite not be important.

I bought the batteries in Morrisons for mine the other day and even managed to fit it myself. So it must be easy.
Just use blunt flat end of a screwdriver to prise two parts open.

If you have a two button fob then the battery is CR2032
