Hello everyone Sprocket TD4 signing on to the Landy Zone.
Based up here on the cusp of the Western Lake District, snow n ice at the mo
Not yet an owner but soon to be (if the deal goes through)....
Test drove a freelander earlier this year, the seed was sown, so monies have now been accumulated in the 'old frellin' swear' box and 'charity begins at home' box, have got a chance to buy a
freelander TD4, 88k miles lady owner from new , 2001, GS spec, bog standard. £4.5k maybe less with the car as a trade in.
Anyhow just thought I'd say 'Ello!:blabla:
Just test drove this one in snow and ice seemed to go OK - funny rattle on the offside rear quarter (loose internal boot panel?), seems like a good driving position, sturdy chassis amd motor:blabla:. Goes quite well on the road for a hefty lunk of metal, will be getting some more off road orientated tyres subject to funds etc
Owt I need to worry about? Please let me know.....many thanks
