Hi,

I was underneath my 1996 Disco 300Tdi the other day. There are small orifices near ends of the prop shafts and I'm being told that they need to get lube occasionally.

Apparently one needs a syringe or a thingy with a nozzle of some sort. Can you please tell me what is the name of the thingy otherwise I don't know what I'm looking for :D Been on ebay, however, searching for "thingies" and "syringes" produces, well... X-rated results... ahem!

Also what fluid would you use?

You grease the UJ's on the prop with a grease gun. There are little nipples at the end of props if you look. You may have to turn them to see
