How mcuh is my range rover worth...?

so head gasket has gone in me range rover, also supect viscous fan.

How much should i take for it spares or repair??

1997 2.5DT cloth interior, saggy headlining, 159'000 on clock. reasonable condition.

so guys how much?

800 to 1000 depending on body condition.

Yea you dont get much for them, your better (sadly) breaking it up in to parts ebaying them off, and when that's all done scrap it, its a mess on your forecourt, but that's the only way your going to make ££ back from it

(If you do can i have 1 or 2 bits from it?) the bits i want people seem to not have or throw out thinking no one wants them

don't have the time to break it, so want a price for a spares or repair take it away job!

for a 15year old rangey with a fooked engine?? **** can I sell you me perfectly good disco with mot and no overhating probs I only want £2500 for it.

She asked how much it was worth, not what I'd pay for it

But a diesel will get that handy over here, even a cooked one. Sump, diesel pump, gearbox, diffs and driveshafts. There's way more than a €1,000 straight away.

up to £500 if you really want to get rid of it.....nearer £1000 if you want to join the back of the queue of P38's around with problems and offered for unrealistic money:doh:

oh yes.... he's been with me for 6+ years. just had a recent overheating problem,thought to now be the viscous fan. and it cooked getting to do the horses,someone has told me that they would do the head gasket for £200 plus parts,but i have a van and a navara so he's getting on a bit so want to give him to someone who will tinker and has the time!

so i recon £600 then. and i'lltake the vavle kit off the air susp and sell that of fleabay.

got the software lead with usb too if any one interested £17.00 inc postage

ill swop you for mine i was after a diesal
its a 4.6 with leather and a knakered gearbox
started off stuck in first so put it in nutral and now it wont select any gear its just sat on the drive collecting cat paw prints lol

fooking typical i was in hull (st stevens center)when it went (you dint have owt to do with it did you?)
ive got a kid down the road with one due for mot hes said if it fails badly he'll brake it and i can have the box for free, if i take that and the engine out for him.
and if he keeps it he might buy mine for spairs! so ill let you know
ill be asking about a grand cos its got a good v8 engine with 10 month mot and its only the box that lets it down

ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh mine is in the for sales in great con lookking for offers around £2200

That MOT is valuable on a garden ornament. I may take the pond down the MOT centre then bang it on ebay.
