Hey thanks, I have had a look at the fuses.
The lamps that are not working are all the bright orange ones on the climate control panel and the heated seats are not operating also. I have checked the fuses I think are the ones but may be missing one.
Any ideas which ones I want?

I have a friend who has upto date diagnostic machine, it came up with only one cods to tell me I had had a misfire on cylinder 4 at skmd point!
Totally unrelated I know but no other codes came up.
What's annoying is that all the functions work other than the orange operation lights and the heated seats. I have checked thd fuses in thd glovebox and the rear right in the boot!

Diagnostics would be able to test the operation of the lights and switches
Thanks all for your replies.
Problem seems to have repaired itself.
I was out driving alongside Loch Ness the other day and my Odometer display warned me that it was 4 degrees outside. I glanced down and noticed the orange lights were working, tried the seats and they work also.
So confused but happy all working well now.
