Are those the ones with Timken bearings? would rather have them. I cant order straight from Britpart, tried but hey say I have to order from my nearest stockist who add more money on.

Wish I could get an account with them. Whats the chrome ring for ? Cant find any videos yet on fitting the 1 lock washer and 1 nut, only ones Ive found are the ones where there is 2 of each and you have to bend one of the lock washers over with chisel. Will have a look in my Manual

Up to KA is up to 1992/3 so covers your 1987 Landy. K being the VIN code letter for 1992/3 year. As JM says, get a G suffix coded kit as it means the parts are made to OEM specs.
Cheers Thought it was up to KA did they start from 1987 ?

outer brg race, had mine for 18 years, i knew them through my previous job and used to build diffs for them but you had to provide your own core and they wouldnt send any old ones to rebuild back, it got too difficult to keep up with core units

Will I need the outer brg race ? So do I put lock washer on and tighten nut to a specific torque after getting right movment ??
Do you need to be a retailer to get an account ?

The bearing comes in two parts, the inner which holds the rollers and the outer that fits on to the inner to then complete the whole bearing.
I know how to fit the bearings its what torque to tighten the nut too, on to the lock washer. only seen guides where there is two of each, lock washers and nuts

yes bearings are in 2 halfs
tighten the nut till freeplay is just removed ,fit tab washer ,fit second nut and fully tighten ,lock washer over outer nut and the inner nut

110 thought they had changed 1987
Don't think so. LR introduced a new model in 1989 and they had to think of a name, the Discovery. Previously, they just had the one evolving 'domestic' model the Land Rover I, II, III 90, 110 etc Once the Discovery was introduced they gave the old LR a name too, the Defender
