Hello,
In common with many my windscreen ‘fake’ hinges on my 2005 90 have oxidised and are now missing most of their paint. I was thinking about replacing with genuine folding hinges (well primed and painted) and understand that MXC7847 LH and MXC7846 RH could be used.
Has anyone actually fitted these parts in place of the the more recent fake hinges or does anyone know if a stainless or galvanised version of a suitable fixing has been produced?
