eka code difference

as ace and airbags light came up after converting to arbs/springs i have taken the disco to a specialist to reprogramme the ecu
all went well no lights anymore and i have reset the central locking to "always disarm with key" due to several hazard light issues as fob works intermittently
anyhow, i have asked the guy to read the eka code while autologic was connected to the landy and eka code he gave me is completely different than what is on the original manual
any ideas why??

can you change the eka code as you like?

Yes you can with dedicated tester(except hawkeye)... i made mine like the pin code of my credit card to not forget it...also it's good to change it into a combination of small numbers to be easyer to insert if you see what i mean
