EGR blanking done, but thick crud clougs up!

It looks bad in the inlet manifold. Maybe 1 cm soft crud in there. I cleand it up when I fittet the egr blanking for 6-8 month ago.
I can see oil in the turbo hoses, but someone told me that this is normal. I can not see any blue smoke or any level change on the oil.
New cranckhouse filter is also fitted.

Can there be anything who stress the turbo? Solenoid or something?
The car dont runs as it schould do....
 
Hello there,

There is a turbo boost pressure sensor on the manifold. Left hand side as you look at the engine, you will see a wire going to it. If your manifold is caked in crud it could be stopping this from working properly and give poor performance. Give your manifold a good clean, best to take it off to do this. Also check your intercooler hoses for signs of wear, are there any bulges/splits on them, if so replace them.
Also a small amount of oil in the hoses is normal.
