Drivers Door removal/Electric Window don't!

Hi Just joined the club! My wifes TD4 drivers door window has failed. Can hear the switch driving the relay unit but the window just does nowt. I have been here before with other cars. Would like guidance on door panel removal best practice and likely fault. My suspicion is that the drive wire or motor has failed. What are the common faults and where's the best place to get parts. My local LandRover dealer is very expensive and will charge £100's for something that costs £20. All advice welcome as i will attempt to fix next weekend. Cheers Spike

The cables rust and break, they can be replaced with cycle brake cables. It has been covered many times, with photos and everything, just search.
