Mornin' All,

I've got a 2000 DT County P38, which doesn't have an autochanger or subwoofer fitted. The boot looks VAST as there's only my random crap in it. How easy/hard is it to buy a subwoofer and autochanger and fit them? Additionally, getting that fabric cover for it too. It's a sort of dark bluey grey interior.

My headunit looks like this: http://www.nexxia.co.uk/images/Ranger_Rover_HU4_small.jpg

There is no cover on the left, there's just carpet. Like, the optional extra box for autochanger wasn't ticked.

hi , remove left hand side trim and insulation and then look into void with torch should be two offshoots of wiring loom with I think 4 connectors ???? these will connect To subwoofer - amp - c. d. player / changer -etc ,, if there then you should have no probs ,,, give our sponsor EMMOTTS OF COLNE A CALL THEY WILL SORT IT ALL OUT DELIVERED NEXT DAY ,,CHEERS MOZZ
P.S. ENQUIRE ABOUT THE TRIMS AND PANELS THEY USUALLY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR P38

Are you talking about the carpet on the floor? To the left of the luggage bay there must be some hard material stopping you from hitting the inside of the wing? Look behind that. If you are lucky the wirring for the sub and autochanger will be there. If so you will be able to purchase from a scrapyard the inner left boot fitting and the auto changer cage plus subwoofer. One thing you can also check is if your radio has any settings for a subwoofer. If not you are stuffed.
