bushes are easy to get out putting the new ones in is the hardest part I normaly damage them

Si is the man fur bushes - he has a few at his place - quite the expert i believe.

thought the poly bushes were designed to be easy to fit?Bit of vaseline and your away.After that its time to do the bushes....ound::drum:

LOL your probably right although I got them from the mrs stepmom that works for Land Rover dealership in the parts department. Well she did do till it closed last week. Jai

I have a press for getting them out so yes I have got a lot of experience with bushes it easy

Bushes are easy to get oot! got luckily a bit of 3 in 1 and a 20 tonne press that sits in my garage helps! Lol!

I have the 10 tonne press and it does make the job easy

A press is handy for all sorts. It makes things so easy. I gotta get down and use the lathe to make up some ali press blocks and some tools so I can do all the bushes. Jai

this is the press I have
CSA10F (10 Ton) Workshop Floor Press - Machine Mart

The one I use is about 15 or 20 years old similar but very beefy. The pins that hold the adjustable press plate is about 2 inch diameter and its made from 10 or 12mm steel

I use a bottle of oxycetalene for bushes that won't come out... Works a treat

mine was enough to get the job done thats all I wanted, plus I didnt really pay for it because someone wanted a job on theyer car done and I charged them £380 for the labour so it payed for press and some new special tools which come in handy from time to time
