My father was a Land Rover enthusiast and his father before him so it seems to be a heriditary condition.
A couple of months ago I traded my Citroen C2 Vts in for a dark green P38 SE 4.0 '00, 82k miles. Maybe it wasn't a very sensible choice but it was the only car I could get at the time... I haven't regretted it for a second... except when I'm at the pump. Oddly my insurance premium dropped 40% when I traded cars so that counts for something.
Apart from the sunroof, the driver side window, the seat heaters, the cruise control and a low gear issue the Rangie's in good nick...
The fuel economy has been horrid so far (about 13mpg) but it reached a good 19mpg (20.5 according to the car itself) on a trip to the countryside last weekend.
I hope my nationality won't offend you guys
