it isnt its just resting thereThe wear on the tappets is normal so is the chain slack. I must say that under your timing cover is quite a bit more black than mine! Also... whats that wire coming out of the vacuum mech on the dizy?

in that case the amps on the car body not the dizzy and the wires go to it via that plug
