Bastid :( Mine were nice allen bolts too :( no idea where I put them, really should have done the OCD thing and put them in labeled freezer bags

I also had the nice allen bolts, and I have also lost one of them! not a clue where its gone! I swear I must have a tub of bolts somewhere, I missing a few lol!

I've found one of mine as well, think the other one may be in my tool box as the one I found was in the gearbox tub with the transfer linkage

I'll find it somewhere random once I've bought a new one anyway

Snigger:D:p

I am doing the OCD thing. I want the enjun to go back together.....

Well thats the plan anyway:rolleyes:

Thing is I did the OCD thing when I took the old engine apart  all bolts went back into the holes they came out of once the piece was removed

Should have put the starter bolts back in the block when I had finished removing it really

**** bet it stinks in your bedroom rob!!

Regards the blackest engine prize, I wish I had taken pictures of my rocker boxes but it was before my forum days, we lifted the rocker covers and there was thick oily charcoal solid up to the top of the valve springs and we had to dig it out of the tops of the rocker covers.

Honestly you couldn't see the springs, it was unreal, just solid barbecue in there

Well its not as bad as my arse after a heavy night out on the real ale i know that much:eek:

Apart from the 2inch layer of mud and crap covering the outsideof the engine mine is oretty clean then:D

It doesn't take too long to work out where all the bolts go, various lengths etc for the timing cover but the rest are all fairly similar and can be worked out by requirement :)
