Island 4x4 are a good outfit. Bought various parts from them with no issues.
Strange how the steel pins are a quarter the price of the plastic ones though?
They also look hollow in the pictures or it may be an optical illusion.

I used solid steel pins turned on my lathe and made a nice push fit by hand.
Takes a bit of time but works for me. The important dimension is the diameter as the length is not so critical so long as they are not too long. I always leave them about 4mm shorter than the total measured depth of the two holes (in block and head) so I know they wont bottom out when tightened down.

Really need to keep this minimal .are nano remaps for nnn ok to use stage1/2 as one says use this ?
Im not really up on this unit anyone here had one fitted.
great results use a turbo anti limit box with this map)

Right diesal leak sorted .starts and drives great .but im noticing lots of black smoke
Egr has been removed and cat removed .89k looking at history .formor owner has had issuises with this
First anyone have a injector adjustment .as imsure of settings .ill plug reader in see see what injectors are showing

for the black smoke beside the injectors read live data of AAP sensor(ambient pressure), MAP and MAF...and check fuse F2 in engine bay

Cheers guys engine has had full service and all filters .found the problem cat in downpipe was solid .so replaced with a straight threw downpipe
Injector data at idiol for the 5 injectors -0 -+3
Engine starts revs great now .but im now seeing faint blue smoke at idiol and when rpms are constant
Hopeing it might be turbocharger as theres a fair bit of play in .
