Hi, I looked at the online Rover v8 manual and I am a little confused.

It says 50 Nm for the conrod bolts but then it list 20 Nm plus a angle of 80 Degrees. Do the conrod bolts need tightened this way. I thought it would have been straightforward to tighten both bolts to 50 Nm?
I can see that suffix B engines has stages when tightening head bolts but I don't have suffix B engine.
