Time for the proper listing...
It is with a heavy heart that I list our very special RR LSE in favour of something more practical for the family.

This is an honest and very decent example of this much coveted Classic Range Rover, of which only 3000 were produced and only around 250 are left as taxed last time I checked.
Any reputable RR write up or price guide will mention that the RRC to invest in are either Suffix A/B or LSE. That was one major reason I decided to purchase it.

The vehicle is in all original condition, even the number plates are original and have the main dealer details that match the tailgate sticker (Dunsford Land Rover of Bath).
No modifications, no LPG or coil spring conversion like a lot of them out there that just kills the value, so it is an excellent example of an appreciating RRC model.

Brief overview:
Range Rover Vogue LSE 4.2L V8 (Automatic)
Hard dash 1993 (L)
84k miles (5 owners)
Westminster grey with brown leather seats and poplar wood trim.
Full original Electronic Air Suspension.
Top spec, winter pack, auto dim rear view mirror, electric seats etc. etc.
MOT'd December 2016
Fully serviced 500 miles ago
Factory fitted tow bar

History:
The car spent 2001 - 2015 in a garage in Somerset and only covered 5000 miles in that time. It was fully insured, taxed and MOTd throughout but was owned by an elderly couple and didn’t get more than the monthly outing.
When the old chap sadly passed I was offered it by his wife... despite a pretty decent offer from the local LR dealer she didn’t want them to buy it and turn it around for a quick buck, she wanted somebody that was going to look after and use it properly, I purchased it with the full intention of doing the few jobs needed to get it back to it's original condition, but three kids and a full time job mean i just dont give it justice... something i'm sure i'll regret in a few years.

It starts first turn on the dial and runs sweet as a nut, I drove it straight to the workshop from purchase and gave it a full ignition service, plugs, HT leads, distributor cap, rotor arm etc. and engine, gearbox and pinion housing oil change and all filters with OEM LR parts.
I replaced the VCU within the transfer box, i knew it was seized when i purchased it, and will have replaced both swivel housings by 11th Feb.
It is in very good condition corrosion wise. The chassis has light surface corrosion but the sills, members and bulkhead are free of rust. As are the wheelarches and extra long door lowers. (Doors are £800 a pair)
It has not been WaxOyled so a full inspection is easily undertaken.

The body work is in great condition other than listed below, and is lovely and straight with no corrosion.
Interior is in excellent condition, carpets clean and leather all intact with no tears or heavy wear marks.

Remaining work to be done:
Headlining (of course)
NSF wing needs a crease repair and re-spray.
Tiny (pullable) dent in NSR wing.
Very small (pullable) dent in lower tailgate.
Cruise control doesn’t engage

Heated seats do not work.
NSF fog light needs replacing

I am half way through replacing the swivel balls and seals, the near side is being replaced on 11th Feb and after that it's be ready to move on to someone that wants it in order to look after it and give it the attention it deserves.

I'll be looking to replace it with something I can bash about in with a kayak on top and 3 children spilling juice all over it... Defender 110 or Series III would suit… would consider swap/PX if good example.

I’m based near Blandford in Dorset. Viewings welcome, preferably at weekends.
Hapy to discuss over the phone anytime between 8am & 9pm.

£8995 ONO. Offers welcome as long as sensible, no time wasters please.

Thanks
