Ground to a bit of a halt, have registered event, called them today as they had no confirmation links or fundraising links, they are at a conference today so will be calling me on Monday with all we need for the charity side. Sorry cant do more till they've sorted that bit out!

Ok so next question do we want hoodies or tshirts? And instead of having seperate name tags shall I incorporated forum names individually on the clothing and then have one that says ballast

I think name tags are a must as I don't think I'll be stood around in a car park in April in mi tee shirt.... Brrrrrrrr

Put me down for a tee shirt (Size - mucho mucho mucho grandie)

Definitely still do name badges , they are a piece of piddle to do and cost pence and are still nice to keep ...think we could do some design a bit better than the landyzone pic though , which is dire in my OWN OPINION...just make that clear that it's IMHO ..

Am doing theme specific design for the run
If just on name tags in the end then it's a small area so the design will be governed by that

yep the t-shirts and hoodies need to be event specific but the name badges can just be plainish.

Nope will be same design just space specific, and I've a while to get this bit sorted I'm just getting an idea so I can get reasonable prices
