I noticed that there appears to be a small leak from a coolant hose today. I've attached a pic, can't figure out if the water is coming from the AC pipe getting cold/condensation or the coolant pipe above. It certainly doesn't drip with the engine running. Coolant was changed recently so not...

Since the weather has got hot (last few days), my alarm has started triggering occasionally. Message is RHF door? It's been fine for the past year so presume it's the hot weather that might be causing it? Edited to add - replaced both driver and passenger door latches a couple of months back.

All of the pictures I've seen of P38s in access mode seem to show the car right down low on the bump stops. Mine however doesn't seem to go that low. I've included a pic (all other height modes are fine). Does it looks like it needs recalibrating?

Nope, not an underpigeon L322 conversion! but I've got hold of some later spec rear lights. I've been told the outside lights are easy to replace but the inner ones require the tailgate to be stripped down. Does anyone know of a handy DIY guide/instructions for doing this? I noticed yesterday that some kind soul has left a small scuff in the middle of my rear bumper whilst trying to park. Can anyone recommend any scratch/scuff removal product for plastic? If not then I guess a bumper/trim restorer from halfords of similar would probably mask/hide it?

My P38 has a colour coded grill but I've been thinking about painting the grey trim under the headlights (that has the wiper arms for the lights). Has anyone done this and if so can you post a pic? Interested to see how it looks.

My passenger door has never unlocked when using the fob or key in driver's door. Strangely though, using the knob inside works the central locking. Anyway, replaced the latch today but it still doesn't work. I suppose the replacement latch could also be faulty? If not, any ideas what it could...

Need to replace the driver side door latch on my P38. Am I right in thinking the front and rears are the same? There are lots of rear latches reasonably priced on flea bay but the driver door ones seem to be two/three times as much.

Bit the bullet and just ordered a new RF Receiver from Island 4x4. Nearly two hundred quid for something that probably cost a pound to make! Still, at least I won't need to worry about battery drain, etc now and can replace the passenger door catch without fear of it burning out! :)

Since I've had my P38, the passenger door lock has never worked on the central locking so I've always had to unlock it from the inside. Moving the passenger door pin up and down however, does seem to work the central locking for the rest of the car. Does the whole lock unit need replacing and if...

My SE doesn't have the cup holders in the central cubby box. Can anyone confirm if this set up came with a gas strut fitted inside to assist with opening?

My blend motor distribution flap is stuck (luckily blowing out the demist and floor vents). Does anyone in Hertfordshire have a Nanocom and wouldn't mind plugging it in to try and reset them? I'd like to check this first before ordering a new blend motor. Cheers
