Upgrading rear lights

Nope, not an underpigeon L322 conversion! but I've got hold of some later spec rear lights. I've been told the outside lights are easy to replace but the inner ones require the tailgate to be stripped down. Does anyone know of a handy DIY guide/instructions for doing this? (can't see anything on rangerovers.net).

Easy,
1) remove the carpet panel on the lower tailgate (lift the plastic flap - 3 black plastic fixings need a half turn).
2) Pull out panel from top edge of tailgate & you have access to the bolts holding the lights.

TBH, the outer lights are harder due to smaller access to the bolts through the rear quarter panel. Took me about 30 mins.

Nope the carpet cover just clips off and exposes the lights if anything id say the outer lights are harder to get out as you need to remove the trim
