Was under my 110 today, and i saw this bar running side to side under the transfer box/gear box. There's a hole in the bar, and again one in the bottom of the box. Am I missing a support here? Anything else? I took a pic that for some reason has uploaded sideways on. It's a Puma 110 SW.

Excuse my ignorance, but my air suspension collapsed today. I know how to sort that, but one of the rubber bump stops that stops the axle hitting the bottom of the chassis/frame fell off. It's clearly rusted away and the pressure must have just loosened it. My question is - how important is this...

Is having the spare on the back door a problem on the Disco like it is on the Defender/Series etc? I know the door's steel not aly, but has anyone on here fitted a spare wheel carrier?

Is it possible to retrofit air conditioning to a Disco 2 Td5 that has never had it fitted?

My Disco 2 Td5 has recently developed a quiet grinding noise when turning right. Does anybody know what this is, and how to fix it? I'm guessing it's the big ball shaped CV joint by the offside front wheel, but only makes it when mving so can't get under and check.
