Checked the oil level this evening and...the dipstick pipe fell off. It has corroded through at the base. It's dark out and I can't see much - anybody know if the pipe is screwed or bolted to the sump or if it's welded on?

Anybody have any thoughts on the best tyres to replace the standard Michelin 7.50x16 XCLs on my 109FFR? I need something which performs slightly better on greasy roads, but which is also capable of decent performance on occasional heavy off road jaunts.

My wipers just packed up at exactly the moment you would least want them to. Bristol Ring Road, lots of traffic, heavy squal. They went slower and slower and then just stopped. Is this likely to require a new motor or is there some other potential cause that I could troubleshoot?

Latest dumb question. I want to clean up the interior of my 109 FFR, which is still in its original camouflage. I need to get the correct paint. Is it possible to buy the paint ready mixed somewhere or would I be better of getting it artificially matched?
