What's my 109 FFR worth?

I'm not intending to sell it, but need to know for insurance purposes. It has an excellent chassis, bulkhead, drivetrain and engine, has only ever done something like 30,000 miles, still in original camouflage. Recently replaced carb, coil, clutch master/slave cylinders and tilt and given a full service. It has been converted to 12v. Only real downside is slightly rusty door tops.

tell em anything you want, they wont take any notice of it. they will pay you out what they think its worth at the time of the accident/write off etc...

top of my head? between 1500 and 3000 quid.

I think from an insurance point-of-view you need to figure out how much a replacement would cost. A nice & straight SIII FFR would cost you about £1500 these days, so tell 'em that.
