ok so this is my problem ive got the eas unlock softwear and leads and done it before on a borrowed laptop but now ive got a sony vaio with windows 7 and cant find any soft ware drivers to install to get it talking to my p38 any help is appreciated

i can leave it over weekend or over night on high and it wont drop but as soon as i start it and shut the door the rear drops down to the bump stops but the front stays up ????? but also hight level indicator in the cab still shows full hight can any one sheed any light ?

JUST FINISHED CHANGING THE FRONT LEFT AIR BAG DUE TO A SPLIT AND NOW IT WONT LIFT ANY IDEARS didnt touch anyyhing electrical just opend boot with hazzards on wheel off three clips and bag off new bag on all reconected and jobs noy a good un :(
