    VCU unit replace question Are the 1999 and 2004 the same?

    Hello All I can get a secondhand working VCU from some crashed cars. However I have the 1.8 Petrol version. The VCU I can get is from a 2002 or from a 2004 Diesel Engine. Would this fit my 1999 1.8 Petrol / Benzine car? thanks Chris

    ECU reset

    Thank all, I had the problem with the RPMS going down to slow, so I cleaned it all but still had the proble. Thought I needed to reset the ECU or so. But today all was fine. He only hangs a bit at 1100 rpms, en than slowly goes to 900 but it is better than it was. thanks again chris

    I just finished putting foil on my rear window. I took the whole window out. But now I have a piece of rubber left( looks like it needs to sit on a profile or so) it is about 1 feet long??? And I have no idea wher it belongs? Any body an idea? thanks chris

    I have a problem that my RPSm do not go down that fast as they used to do when shifting gears? Seems that they stay stuck for a bid and then go down. to 1500rpms and on full brake it slowly than goes to the 900RPMS My gas cable is free... Any ideas? it is a 1.8I many thanks chris
