VCU unit replace question Are the 1999 and 2004 the same?

Hello All

I can get a secondhand working VCU from some crashed cars.

However I have the 1.8 Petrol version.

The VCU I can get is from a 2002 or from a 2004 Diesel Engine.

Would this fit my 1999 1.8 Petrol / Benzine car?
