Hey everyone. I have this problem with my front drive shaft. The U joints are fine and recently replaces, however i have quite the bit of slack on my spline. Moves around quite a bit in circles, or back and forth. Are these drive shafts serviceable? Any recommendations? Cheers, Steve

Hey guys, I'm wondering how much play is too much in the sliding joint of a prop shaft. If none, or minimal, is this service-able, or should i be looking for a new prop shaft? Would greasing her up be a good fix?? Cheers

Hey mates, Does anyone know if the rear disk brake pads for a mid 90's defender on a NAS V8 will be the same on same year 300tdi? I've been to a few shops and I get part #'s that i can't cross reference to the tdi versions? If anyone could let me know what parts do or don't transfer over...

thanks for the response. I do have a question about de-fog or de-mist though. I have a button next to my fog light switch, that looks like it's for defogging. how does this work, when the button isn't anywhere near the heater controls. Cheers

shat....i never thought about it being towed away...steering wheel quick release maybe what about like a motor bike lock that goes through the disk...just add a vented disk to one wheel, enough so that a lock can fit through.
